Michael Kairis is the Principal/Owner of Legacy Portion LLC., which he founded in 2007.  Michael's construction and real estate development experience totals over $9 Billion, and he has been personally involved in the building of such high-profile projects as The Getty Center, Disney's 750-room Grand Californian Hotel, the 24-story Glendale Plaza, and preconstruction support for the Walt Disney Concert Hall. In addition, he has held leadership positions at both the senior and executive levels with a few of the nation's largest and most respected construction and real estate firms, including Dinwiddie Hathaway Construction, Turner Construction Company, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and American Realty Advisors.
